I wanted to let you know we had an incredibly knowledgeable gentleman in the Escoffier restaurant who had only the greatest compliments on the building’s upkeep (Roth Hall). He noted the idea of looking at “the corners of the floor” in our hallway explaining that only someone who takes personal effort and care can keep our school this well maintained. Thank you for all your efforts and an amazing job well done to everyone.

Stonebridge is a townhouse community within the city/town of Poughkeepsie. There are 120 units and a few acres of common grounds to maintain. It is very much a park-like setting. LCS has been working with us the past two seasons doing our snow removal and landscaping.
I have been extremely pleased with the quality of work that we are enjoying and especially the personal touch that LCS delivers. They are never more than a phone call away. They are extremely responsible and reliable, willing to listen to suggestions and honestly care about their customers’ concerns. Our satisfaction is their primary concern.
