Company History

L.C.S. Facility Group began with owner Joe Lepore and a handful of employees, a vacuum and a dream. Our success story can be attributed to Joe Lepore and his staff's commitment to service and support of community activities. We believe in the philosphy of giving back to the community and those that live within our community. We are dedicated to making our community the best it can be.

The company’s investment in the community became visible in 2006 when it relocated to Cottage Street in Poughkeepsie. Joe Lepore purchased the 80 year old run down warehouse building to convert into his company’s new headquarters. It took a huge leap of faith, commitment and foresight to convert the 15,000 square foot building. Once an eyesore, it is now a great example of adaptive reuse and will perhaps serve as a catalyst to induce other business to consider the area for their companies.

Today we have grown to employ over 100 staff members. Our company operates three distinctive divisions: Facility Maintenance, Landscaping and Winter services. We have built a reputation to be proud of and will continue to grow and service the Hudson Valley and beyond in the years to come.
